$1500 is what I paid for the forend I ordered, now that's steep.
There one on egun at the moment with metalwork for a few hundred euro...
Unfortunately not much help when I've ordered one month's ago.

Mm sounds nice, I wasn't aware we could order the old style, will have to wait and see what turns up , when it turns up
I made the order in august 2020. Back then one could choose between the older and newer K95 luxus. The newer one came available in the end of october 2020.

I spoke to Euro Optics about a new success K95 (or whatever it is called) in the non-carbon plastic model and was told that they would order me, one but it would be 5-15 months before I saw it.

The turnover on Kiplaufs is a lot higher in Europe, but even Frankonia never had more than one or two in stock if you were lucky at both my local Darmstadt and Bexbach stores.

Well more bits and toys have arrived for my K95, i picked up a 30-06 stutzen barrel and complete Grade 5 stutzen stock set for a good price so couldn't say no.
This is a bad addiction i think im going to need to sell some No.1s

Nice package, I love my Stutzen and its surprisingly mild to shoot in 30/06.
Like the scope too, I always say people over scope their hunting rifles these days.

I am thinking about a K95 ultimate in 7mm Blaser, and a second barrel in 6.5 CM.

Euro Optic told me that it was going to be 6-8 months from the time the order was placed. I don't think that is too bad.

Of course in Europe you can be done with it the same day.

Anything under 12 months is reasonable in my mind, especially in these current times.
