Hello from Florida

Post by mikesheree »

Hello all! I just found this forum. I have a K95 with .270 and 7x65r barrels as well as an R8 .300 win mag and an R8 .375 H&H. Also a couple Merkel stutzens. Hopefully i can pick up some tips and ideas from you established folks. I’m pretty helpless with gun smithing and it sure can be hard to find folks to work on these(who know what they are doing). Do y’all have a/any go-to smiths in the South East
USA?

Glad to have a Bud from the Sunshine State. You can find good help here. Watch out for the boas and giant snails.

The only gunsmith for Blasers is Blaser USA or Magnaport if you are having a muzzle brake put on.

Do not let anyone else touch one. They will try to do stupid things like glassbedding.

Welcome aboard mate from Brisbane.
You won’t need a gunsmith.

BTW, we have very similar tastes.
I love my Blasers and Merkel’s, especially drillings.
