Foam target for bow shooting

Post by Olsen »

I have made some target for bow shooting and I think they are all right :)

Just cut out some paper targets and then cut the deer out in a wood plate....

Then some hard paper around and fill in with foam, the one you use to put in doors and windows ;)

I cost 8 dollar to make a deer and less for the fox and smaller targets......

They work great to shoot at and they take a lot of arrows........

Not sure they take so many bullets

And my boar ;)

2 shots in the same hole is often luck......3 in the same hole is using Olsens shooting stick....

Nice to see you are posting again....

I think those are great. I like the fox and boar especially.

Lately I have been shooting a bunch of 3D matches with my bow to get ready for our fall season. Think your idea is a keeper ;)

Looks like it gets the job done and if it saves money it's a win-win situation. Your boar is the best one from the pics anyway. The rabbit appears to be missing his hind legs or you have 2 legged ones over there....

The hind legs are hidden in the grass

And its much more fun to shoot at this, instead of paper targets

Since he started shooting that dang bow and arrow, Olsen has turned into an elitist and thinks he is too good to post here. :teasing-poke:

Thinks the stick and string crowd are a cut above.
