Niggeloh products

Post by Gun Barrel Ecologist »

Does anyone know of a mail order seller of Niggeloh products that has an English webpage?

For anyone who hasn't heard of them I'd bet my left one that they manufacture the branded slings and patronenetui under licence for Blaser & Mauser http://www.niggeloh.de/e-jagd/index.php

I won't take that bet, afraid I'd lose :o

All the sites I checked didn't have an English page but there's gotta be one. Niggeloh is good stuff, here's a page in English for those not familiar, Waidmannsheil, Dom.

If anybody could not find the product of Niggelo he looks for, just drop me an email...

BTW: Niggeloh does also manufatcure the Neoprene covers and bags for Swarovski and more big companies...

BUT: I prefer fine leather (it has more style and the feeling on it is much more comfortable in my eyes): Nothing better then a Reineke gun sling or an Africase (Thanks Aleko!!!) cartridge wallet... (they come costum made for your cartridge and not like Niggeloh "one size fits all")

Depending on what you're after mate Clayton Firearms has a selection of Niggeloh gear. Most of the slings and the scope covers.
I've got a couple of slings, a cartridge case and a couple of scope covers. I reckon it's great functional gear, although not of the same class as leather.

I saw a bit of Niggeloh stuff the last time I was at Claytons but they seemed to only have a limited range. I'm led to believe that Xtek in the ACT are the Australian importers, and being primarily a govt supplier they tend to only import once a year :? Not sure if Claytons are importing direct and restocking on a more frequent basis

At present I'm just chasing a "Neopren-Gewehrriemen, mit Schnellverschluss" to fit some 20mm fixed swivels on a Steyr but I'm also keen to look at a Cordura "DAS Etui" for use with a BBF. Claytons dont seem to have the ones I'm keen on listed, instead stocking the leather versions :confusion-shrug:

Whilst leather has more traditional "warmth" for want of a better term, I find it doesn't hold up to extended periods of wet alpine hunting, hence my interest in neoprene & cordura

At present I'm just chasing a "Neopren-Gewehrriemen, mit Schnellverschluss" to fit some 20mm fixed swivels on a Steyr

47,50 €

but I'm also keen to look at a Cordura "DAS Etui" for use with a BBF.

50,50 €

plus approx. 8-10 € shipping to AU

drop me an email if You need something...

yes, for extreme wet weather the leather isn´t made for... but in general (and so far hunting in Germany) it is perfect... The rifle sling I would never change back to the Neoprene one - even if it wouldget ruined, but it is worth it. For snowy conditions I use the Swaro Scope guard (also made by Niggeloh) on the scope - a good buy for keeping your lenses clean of rain, dirt and snow...

Been eye balling their backpack style sling for a while......

Haven't inquired about US shipping from them. Tried one out in a store and like a dope didn't buy it when I had the chance.
